Wiceprezes i dyrektor operacyjny Fundacji Res Publica. Działa na rzecz wzmocnienia pozycji kobiet w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa, prowadzi kampanię NATO: #WomenAreNATO.
Magda serves the role of the executive Vice President of Res Publica Foundation since summer 2017, where she manages and supports key ventures, including institutional cooperation and partnerships, strategic development, and program management (including meetings and flagship events). She is also responsible for operational planning and human resources.
With her idea of promoting opinion pieces on the insufficient involvement of women in security matters, Magda has a strong international interest regarding women empowerment in security which led to NATO’s campaign: #WomenAreNATO.
Earlier, from 2015 till 2017, Magda served as the Director of Operations at the U.S. think tank Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). In 2016, Magda earned a diploma from the Leadership Academy for Poland featuring a Harvard-type intensive leadership and management development program. Previously, Magda worked at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. She holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Languages for Specific Purposes at the University of Warsaw and Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
